The research objective is to identify classroom strategies for developing emotional intelligence in students based on a review of the literature. A review of research published between 2016 and 2025 was conducted. Twenty-five studies were identified and selected based on criteria of quality, thematic relevance, and methodological relevance. The results highlight the effectiveness of experiential, reflective and collaborative approaches, such as role-playing, emotional dialogue circles, artistic projects and the use of educational technologies. These strategies, adapted to the developmental stages of students, strengthen social-emotional skills such as self-regulation and empathy, improving academic performance and school climate. The need for specialised teacher training to ensure the effective implementation of these methodologies is highlighted.
