This article addresses the technical management of occupational risk prevention in a concrete construction and distribution company, emphasising the need to protect the health of technical personnel from the risks inherent in the construction environment. The objective is to evaluate and improve this management to ensure safe working conditions. A qualitative approach was used, employing the matrix of the Spanish National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) to identify, measure and evaluate risk factors, focusing on those of moderate and high levels. The results revealed mechanical, chemical, ergonomic and fire risks that require urgent control measures. Various preventive measures were proposed to mitigate the risks detected, strengthening the safety culture in the company and contributing to the creation of a healthier and safer working environment.
